Any handling charge for credit cards payment?

We use Pay-Pal for credit card payment, and yes there is some small charges that will be beared by Astéria.

How do I make payment?

There are two methods that a payment can be made.
Online Banking (MBB and PBB account details below) or PayPal.

Do Astéria provide warranty for all products?

We do provide 30 days (from the date you received the item) warranty for certain products, please check the details from the product information section. If you wish to claim your warranty, please contact us and provide photos of the received products.
Asteria reserved the right on how the reimbursement will be made, either cash or discount voucher or products. It is on the case by case basis. Astéria Jewellery has strict quality-control for all producsts and its packaging.

Non-Defects Description

  • Due to the variation of monitors, photograph chromatic aberration, the color may be slightly different which does not affect the quality of the item.  The actual colour will be based on the real item. 

  • For handmade items, it is normal that there are some unavoidable residual glue and other minute defects which will not affect the appearance of the product.

  • Metal products may be overlapped or crashed slightly on the surface during the production procedure, so tiny scratches and nonsmooth surface are normal and acceptable.

How do I know that my parcel has been shipped?​

We will send notification via e-mail.

Which courier service do you use? How can I track my order?

We are using PosLaju and GDEX. All parcels can be tracked at: www.poslaju.com.my/track-trace-v2

How much do you charge for delivery?

All shipping fees will be shown during check out, charges are dependent on the destination country and the selected courier service.

If you spend RM100 and above in a single receipt, you will be able to enjoy the benefit of FREE SHIPPING within MALAYSIA.

How long does standard delivery take?

For Malaysia, it takes approximately 14 days.
For other countries, the estimated time frame will be around 14-21 days.
The above time frame is just for reference purpose, depends on the product.
It may take shorter or longer time, some of our products are custom made by factory.

I have not received my parcel, what should I do?

Do not worry. Please check the status with tracking number provided.
If there are any other issues, please contact us.

Can I return, exchange or get a refund for my purchase?

We are regret to inform that all purchases made will not be returnable, refundable or exchangeable.
However, we do provide 30 days warranty for certain products. Please check the details from the product information section.

What should I do if I received incorrect or defective item?

Please contact us and with provide photos of the received products within 10 days (from the date you received the item).
Please do not return the item to us without informing us in advance.
